Hi all, great informative site!
I hail from the south of the Great Southern Land.
I recently found a B body Olds in good nick and just had to have her.
She's a beauty, '73 Delta 88 Coupe Royale. No cancer, straight panels, good interior, good glass, original paint and a new black vinyl roof. All the badges and trim are there. Best part is everything works, switches, lights the lot!
She was optioned at the factory with the smogger 455, 800cfm Quadrajet, single exhaust and the Turbo Hydra-Matic 400 auto (rebuilt).
I put the 20" wires on 'cause I like 'em but have the original wheels and tin pan hub caps.
The original paperwork came with the car so the history is all there too, even found a build sheet under the carpet.
Smooth running BB motor, eye catching '70s design, what else could you ask for.
I love this cruiser! I have a few 'American Tin' cars in the garage but my Delta 88 is absolutely the favourite!
I hope to get lots of good info from the community here. Thanks for looking. Cheers, Dave.
