Thanks guys, what size wheels and tires do yall have on your cars? Got some mighty big holes to fill in.

The tire and wheel choice is your call. Do you want it stock with hubcaps and 14 inch tires? This is the easiest. You could go with repro SS1's and upgrade to 15 inch tires or the hundreds of choices with aftermarket wheels. IMO the tire and wheel combo chosen makes a real statement as to what you are making the car out to be... stock, performance, custom, or the hideous donk. 14 inch tires are very limited as far as choices and 15's will give much more options.

I was thinking about 15 inch stock looking rims (smoothies) 15 X 8 rear and 15 X 7 front, 235 X 70 rear and 225 X 70 front. These work and look good on my 71 monte carlo.

The rears should not be an issue. However if the front suspension is weak and sagging on your 67, you'll get some rubbing at the rear wheel well on dips.

Tire size

Thanks for the input. I remember now that back in the day, I put G70 X 14's on the front of my 67 442 and they did rub on the dimmer switch hump. Hmm, back to the drawing board. Located near South Hill, Va., will post pics when I figure out how, doggone computers!

I will have to get in touch with you sometime. My mother in law lives in Bracey, VA. Sometime I need to get out.

Lawdy. South Hill and Bracey. No one knows where those are 'cept somebody who lives there, or in my case about an hour and a half away.

Let me know next time y'all are down that way. I think Pizza Pub in Clarksville is still open though I haven't been in there in years. Or there's a Cracker Barrel in South Hill we could all meet at.
