Newbie post

Good evening ,

My name is Dave from Rochester,NY

I have been on site but now am a new member and owner of a 72 cutlass Supreme. Looking forward to discussing the best way to bring this classic back to its glory over time.

All input will be appreciated

Welcome to the site, I suggest reading the major projects threads. Plenty of good ideas there.

Welcome aboard.
^^^ What Terry said. It looks like 95% of the platform is already done? You have one of the more scarce 72 Supreme's with a U code engine. What's on the to do list to bring it back? Probably start with the basics of a tune up and safety items + fluid changes?

Does this car have AC?

Thanks car is really solid, no air conditioning. has rally pack gauges and internal hood lock. Car will need rear deck replaced which will cause new vinyl and paint. seats will also need recovered over time. Fun car to drive for this summer then body and paint to start
