Newbie from NM with a 55

Hello all, we have been working on this 1955 Olds for awhile! It was a gift from my wife years ago and has been garaged until this year. My friend Steve from Classic Performance pulled the rebuilt the 324 with larger valves, some pocket porting, larger cam, and 3 X 2 set up. The car was in Custom Rodder March 1994, for the way the top was done, which was pretty cool. Anyway look forward to checking out this site!

Welcome to CO

Thats different, Don't see many 55 customs. Did you do the body work yourself? Do you have any progress build pictures?

Thanks! Joined in 08 but i do not think i did an intro, if so, well here is another! The body was already done when we bought it, or when it was given to me. The Custom Rodder article was how the top was done, it was sunk, not chopped. Hopefully we can get it running this weekend, having problems with the carbs!
