Welcome Gary and congrats to your purchase. It's always nice to have the wife's approval. The first question is where's the pictures?

Welcome to CO. The 455 is a bonus.
I don't think they were available in the
Cutlass in 69. Welcome to CO.

almost All original..................except the engine of course!

welcome aboard... plenty of 69 owners here, myself included.

Colorado Springs is a beautiful place, I used to travel there for business a few times a year before I switched jobs a few years ago.. only place that could be 60 degrees one day and then get a blizzard the next.

Do we actually KNOW that the car is a Cutlass at all? Everyone is assuming it is, but the OP has only called it a "Holiday Coupe," which is a body style, not a model, with a 455. Well, Delta 88s, Delta 88 Customs, and Ninety-Eights were available in the Holiday Coupe body style that year, too, and those could have been had with a 455 right from the factory.

You are correct that a 455 was not available in a Cutlass in 1969.

Nice, a 4 legged Olds fan! POR15 does wonders for the floor pan. Good luck with your project, lots of help on here.

Not at all. Your car is a Holiday. Let others guess exactly which one.

it has one 2x4 rust hole in the floor board. ive read about the por15. going to pick some up soon. any advice on going further than flushing fluids. the car sat for awhile it runs great and doesnt overheat even sitting running for awhile but im sure there is something i havent done. i can pull a small engine apart and put it together blind folded but im a little intimidated on what i should do for a car that sat for a little while
