Talking Newbie to Classic Olds

Hi All. We're new to the Classic Olds family. Our sons just picked up a 72 Cutlass S that needs some body and glass work, missing grilles, etc. But runs and seems to be relatively intact mechanically. A good project for a couple teenagers :-)

72 Cutlass Project

Here are a few pics of my sons' acquisition. It's missing the grilles, etc and we've found a hood and rock shield. It's a little rough on the outside, but the interior is good (recently redone?)

Looks good! Low to no rust is a big plus. Good way to learn some bodywork skills if he does not have them. Does he have a paint scheme in mind?

We're all in for a crash course in body work. Paint scheme is iffy for now, but consensus is leaning toward a dark blue with stripes...either black or silver/grey stripes?? I think white stripes, but it's up to them :-)
