hello im new to this forum and to old olds in general wondering if there are suppose to be spacers on the fenders down near the bottom of the door and such im putting together a 77 olds cutlass supreme for someone. I got this car sitting in my yard like a puzzle in an unlabeled box any help would be appreciated.

Maybe, maybe not...the spacers are to adjust the bulge in the fender to align with the door. You put it together with no spacers and see how it fits. Then you add spacers until it fits right. Most cars will need some amount of spacers.

ok thanks thats what i thought i got this thing just tore all apart and have had no i dea how to get it together any idea where i can get the spacers or if you have a picture of them that would help me out tons.

They look like this and come in different thicknesses. You can get them at most auto stores or ebay. Sometimes they have a tab on them, those will work, too.
