New York City checking in, 86 Custom Cruiser

Hey all, Staten Island checking in. Owner of an '86 Custom Cruiser wagon. Bought it from a relative of original owner. Car is all original, factory radio, spare tire never on ground. Have original owners manual including all dealer (Lind Oldsmobile) and factory documents and window sticker, Even have the Oldsmobile pen and notepad that came in the manual packet!! Car now has about 23,000 miles on it. The interior reflects the mileage and it is car-fax confirmed. The exterior, unfortunately reflects life in NY...Faded and scraped!! Thats not my biggest problem. The car took a hit-and-run shot while parked to the drivers side rear corner. I'm looking for anyone who can help locate a rear 1/4 From the gate around to the gas cap, below the window line. I will try and get better pics up shortly. I've had no luck looking locally, the yards around here move out the old heavy iron quickly.
Parts needed list:
Rear quarter (see above)
Wiper motor with intermittent washer (washer squirter works about every 4th time activated)
Rear bumper filler (yeah, right, I know, rare and expensive)
Rear bumper (mine is tweaked but usable)
Drivers side yellow corner marker and chrome headlight frame
Advice needed list:
Pass rear power lock not working, first culprit to check?
Has taken to running rough and rich for 1-2 minutes when cold started, advice on what to check? Already done cap, rotor, wires, plugs, air filter. And starts fine rest of day and in hot weather.

Been browsing all the entries here and am impressed with the knowledge base!

Alternately, the car may be for sale, inquire if interested (Jetblast94@aol.com)

Welcome

Welcome aboard

Have you tried any of the Arizona bone yards?

welcome to the Forum. If you are willing to drive to Pa I am sure there are yards here that have a wagon to pull a quarter from. Should be about 2 hours from you.

Congrats on the ride and welcome to the forum.

Check the choke pull-off on the front passenger side of the carb. When they go bad, the car will do as you say. If that is bad, it is an easy find at a parts store.
