New to the site, my first calssic Olds.

Just bought a 64' Dynamic 88, seen this forum has a lot of great info.

Car has 69,000 miles, and it had a shotty white paint job on it. I was looking for an older car to lower and cruise around in. Car runs great, just rebuilt the carb on it did a basic tuneup. Just need to get a brake booster or have the current one rebuilt.

I lowered the car with 91-96 Chevy Caprice 3" lowering springs. Between the springs and the smaller tires it went down at least 6". Just my style.

I tune high performance vehicles and boats at Baker Engineering Inc, and the wheels are Baker blue like our engines.

Welcome aboard. Looking forward to seeing what you've 'done next' to your ride. Great to see you chose a nice classic. Wheels on the next to do list?

Gee, I never realized till looking at your car how far forward that side mirror was placed. How is it for visibility??

Great lookin' Oldsmobil! Welcome to CO! I had a '64 F85 about 1967 or so. Loved the look, and your ride brings back a lot of memories....all of them good!

Thanks, no plans for different wheels, eI was thinking about maybe putting on these hubcaps from a 69' 98.

I will have to get out the brush and lay some pin on it one of these weekends.

That works too! Sometimes it's amazing what a good power polish and pinstripe will add to the car. How's the interior?

Interior is fair, and you cannot see a thing out of the mirror on the fender hahaha!!!!

Front seat and dash are in great shape, the top of the rear seat got hit by the sun pretty hard.

I love the lines on the car, and I never even knew what a Dynamic 88 was before I bought it.

It is a lot different then my LS1 S10s that I have had! The black one is a 6sp 5.3l, and the red one has a 5.3l with a MP112 and runs on E85. Black truck went 13.0@109 and the red one went 11.8@124

Inside looks not bad. That's what I thought about that mirror. Any plans to move it back to the door?

Hmmm, I see a pattern developing here. Whatcha planning for the Dynamic? Stock or a sleeper?

I like the look of that red one + it's fast too
