New to the Site

I am new to the site, I have a 1970 Cutlass (possibly a Holiday Coupe) that I am doing a complete rebuild. Car has a lot of rust and work that needs to be done.

Welcome from a new Texas member

A holiday is a hardtop, full trim package Supreme thing I do believe. I am not all the way up to speed on 70's yet

There is a door tag too you can decode that will tell you exactly what you have..I think

It is not a Holiday Coupe as "Holiday" denotes hardtop (no center pillar), which your car has. You have what Olds called a "Sports Coupe." Coupe means two-door, but yours has a center post, so that's what makes it a "Sports" coupe.

Your car is also not a Cutlass Supreme as the '70 Supreme was offered only the 2-door hardtop, 4-door hardtop, and convertible body styles. Your car IS an "S." You have a 1970 Cutlass S Sports Coupe. Olds made 10,677 cars like yours that year.

Third line down on the decode, "S" sports coupe.

You have a framed window which dictates that it's post or sports coupe.
Frameless windows are Holidays which a 68-72 supremes always are.

Pic#1 is a 70 S holiday coupe
Pic#2 is a 70 Supreme holiday coupe
