New from SD

Hey there. I am working on my 1959 Oldsmobile Dynamic 88. It was my great-grandpas first car that he had ever bought (and many more to come). He used to restore older tractors and cars, and now I have been getting the itch to work on cars. The olds is up and running after putting in an electric fuel pump in, but the other day I was cleaning it up and shut the door and the window fell down, so now I have to take off the panel and try and get it back up. I'll try and post pictures of it after I get it cleaned up a little better, and hopefully the window back up.

Sounds like a nice car. Post some photos when you can.

If you plan to do any significant work on the car, you should consider investing in the Olds service manuals for that year.

These often come up on ebay.

59's a great year. You have enough room in the trunk to hold a party.
