Welcome to the group... Definitely looks like a very nice find... You will find plenty of useful info here and looking forward to seeing the progress on the 49 project...

Welcome aboard, when you get a chance drop on down to the vintage forum where most of the forty through the fifties guys hang out. Good information traded there.

What are your plans, full resto, good driver or the rat hot rod look, we have them all in the vintage forum, drop on down for a visit. Good solid start, nice ride... Lost in the fifties ...Tedd

Welcome. Nice find. There is a bunch of us on here with 50's cars. If you happen to need an original air cleaner for that car, I have one. It needs a little work but can be fixed pretty easily. It is an unusual air cleaner they only used in 49 and 50 on the 88's.

My second car was a '50 Olds "88" the same color, was ten years old and had less than 30,000 miles. Great car and had lots of power. Welcome to Classic Olds. Larry
