46777 MILES NEW to me last Friday. Everything is working all interior light and exterior lights. I had one question did the am/fm stock radio light up on this model?

Welcome to the site, congrats. Yes, the original radio had a back lit dial.

From what I recall the radio light is on the same power source as the dash lights.

That's nice!

First thing is get an ORIGINAL factory 1972 Olds Chassis Service Manual. It has all the service procedures and specifications for your car and is what the dealer mechanics used to service it. It also has full-color wiring diagrams. Invaluable for you, or anyone you hire, to properly service and maintain that pretty Supreme (including how to replace the radio dial light!).

Next is contact Dixie Olds Club www.dixieoldsclub.com and get information on The Gathering they host in Cartersville every fall.

Correct. The radio face lights up with the dash lights. The bulb for display does burn out. Look there first.

Any ideas on how to replace bulb?
