Whats up everyone, I have a 1973 delta 88, but have a 77' delta 98 350 motor in it. Finally finished the putting the motor into the car after my original motor blew a rod threw the oil pan on the high way. No signs, no loud bang just engine failure. So I am happy to have her running once again, I am going to paint her and then lock her up for the winter.

Glad to hear you have the car running. I've a '73 myself, a Custom Cruiser.

The '77 you took the engine from was just a "98", not a "Delta 98". Delta was a term reserved for the 88s only.

Welcome to CO

Lock her up for the winter. Sound like your putting her in jail. Be sure to give her a blanket and a teddy bear to keep her company
