Hi everyone, my cutlass leaks transmission fluid. Mechanics change the fluid, but the transmission always leak. Had this problem forever. Anyone have a idea how to fix this problem. thanks Kevin

Welcome. Unfortunately, without knowing WHERE the leak is, it's hard to offer much useful help. You really need to steam clean the trans and look carefully for the source of the leak. Be aware that leaks can run down and appear to be coming from a point other than their true source, so look carefully.

Other than a porous case (possible but unlikely), there are a finite number of possible leak origins. All but the front seal and pump gasket can be replaced with the trans in the car. If it's the front seal or the pump gasket, the trans needs to come out.

Welcome to the site. As Joe stated the first step is to isolate the leak/s.
