Welcome to our site! I can't tell ya what the car is worth. You don't say if it's been started while sitting, if it's covered and taken care of, but before I attempted to start it, I'd check the air cleaner and such for mice nests since it's sat for so long, and look to see if the wiring has been chewed on, lol. I'd also change the oil, check the coolant, etc... give it a good inspection under the hood.

Welcom., If it's been sitting for 10 yaears and has old fuel in it, I would not atttempt to start it. I would be draining the old fuel and blowing the lines from the carb to fuel pump, and from fuel pump back to tank. If you do try and start it with a tank full of gunk and varnish, you will end up doing this exercise anyway.
The worth of the car is what someone is willing to pay for it.
