Hi, I recently picked up a '64 F85, it's a bit of a basketcase but pretty solid and should be a good project. My first big job is to try and find a right front fender for it.

Welcome to CO! I'm sure someone might be able to help you with your parts search. Any other details about the car?

Welcome. I always did like the 64-65's.
You are in the right place for info and parts.
Good luck with the project.

Thanks guys! It's just a rolling shell at the moment - not sure what engine it had but looks like it had a Th400 in it previously and has probably had a bit of a checkered past judging by the random wires sticking out through the firewall. Haven't checked the rear but assume it's a 10 bolt, has p/s and manual drums - discs will probably be one of the first upgrades.

Welcome to C.O.!

Holy moly. Looks like you and John (2blu442) should meet and discuss some options. He has the exact same car as you, except with all the glass shot out of it...

Hmm, just noticed 64F's car is a post and John's is a HT. Should still be plenty of interchangeable parts, including front fenders....

Thanks! You're right, I might have managed to sort a fender already!

Beautiful car btw - Cragars look great on 60s Olds

I'm in Orange County. Plans are to get it running and then start on handling upgrades and bodywork. Interior is probably going to remain pretty basic - it's all stripped out at the moment.

Yes, I recognize the sun baked paint job! I'd much rather have a desert car like this with most of the paint gone. Typically they don't have much cancer type rust. Congrats on your new toy. There are several members here with 1964's. Let us know if any questions come up as you get into your project.

Yeah, it is pretty solid - there's a small cancer spot behind the left rear wheel and there may be small amount of bondo in it but it's not bad. Would be nice if it was all one color though!
