I'm Dan from Rockford, IL. I have a '77 Cutlass Supreme Brougham that I'm resto-modding. Complete frame-off, blasted the frame, painted rustolem black, stock suspension with poly bushings, new brake/fuel lines, 4 wheel disc brakes with Howe Calipers,...that's about it, just a cruiser. The engine is a 355 with a ground crank for Chevy rods...yup...Chevy rods, saved $200 by doin' this, haha. Ported #7 heads, flat top forged pistons, and an Offy dual plane intake. A 200R4 is behind it, but I think I'm gonna put a TKO in instead, and might even change the motor to a 403 or 455 if I find a buyer for it, still kinda in the air about some of it. That's about it for now, I've learned from my mistakes, so I'll chime in when I'm sure...
