Looking for 1958 Oldsmobiles!

Hi All,

Huge fan since my second car (an 85 Cutlass) also owned a 54 Olds 98. New to the site but member of OCA.
Right now, I'm looking for an 88 Olds either Super 88 or 98, 2 door or four door or convertible (though I don't think I can afford the convertible). I want a project car, as that's what i can afford.
I have also found a Super 88 2 door HT with 54k miles on it, which needs a LOT of work...floors, everything. But I want to see if anyone has parts. I saw a thread on here of a guy that had one but no one was interested to it went to the crusher.....arrrrrgh!

Anyway I am in North Jersey 07006. Anyone with a bead on parts or a decent restorable 58, please contact me.

Thanks,

Keith

Guess it's gotta be blue, nothing else will work?

wow I don't know why it posted like that!!!

Okay so I had put I'm in North Jersey 07006 but it didn't grab that when I pasted the text. Also no i dont care about the color hahahahaha I mean I've seen a pink one with green interior and I would have even taken THAT one hahahahaha.

SO yeah, super 88 or 98, 2 door post, 2 door hardtop, or 4 door hardtops (don't think I can afford a convertible). Unrestored but not a basket case. Must have a title.

If anyone knows of one let me know.

Thanks!

Welcome to CO! This is a great place to be and find what you are looking for. Have you checked craigslist too?

Thanks man! Yeah believe me I check CL daily....we never have any around here. I have looked at 2 of them here in NJ but they were total rust buckets and basically not to the point of being really restorable.

Dr. Oldmobile [note the lack of "s"]
of dual engine '58 wagon fame is my '58 contact.
He has such project cars. 4-dr acquired recently, maybe a wagon, maybe even a Manual Trans car- I understand those are very rare.
