I'm back with an Oldsmobile

Hello all....my name is Bill and I am a long time oldsmobile guy. I have had oldsmobile dating back as far as 1980. I have had street olds and drag race olds. I took a 461 oldsmobile race engine in a 1968 post car and ran 10.30's on all motor, to the surprise of a lot of doubters. I havent had a oldsmobile now for about 15 years now. But, today, I brought home a nice 1970 Cutlass that im excited to start tinkeing with. I say tinkering because this car is already reallly nice. The car has no badges on it, so you either know what it is or you don't. I was lucky to find this site and new car thanks to the guy who gave me the info that the car was up for sale, it was a pocket listing.

My new 1970 Cutlass

Welcome back Bill!
Waiting in anticipation as to what your tinkering turns the new ride into.
More pics and what's under the hood?

Thanks guys. The new car has a 455 under the hood. It was suppose to have been rebuilt but to unknown specs. It sounds pretty stock and has manifolds with dual exhaust. TH350 trans and a 10 bolt rear, probably an open rear, haven't even check it yet. Bench seat and column shifter. My ambitions are to get the TH400 that I have been sitting on for about 20 years rebuilt. Also of course find a 12 bolt posi along with buckets and console shifter. All in due time.
