Welcome to CO! Do you have the old radiator? Did you check into getting it re-cored at a radiator shop?

I brought the radiator to a radiator shop I've been doing business for a while. He states the 'only dude' he knows wants approx $1000 to fabricate a tube and fin remake. I explained I just want a fully functional unit and requested he search for a similar size unit, one that has the same size inlet/outlet necks that I could possibly fabricate the required mounts. I don't have access to catalogs that would show me these dimensions. He states he's too busy. Anyone know where I can find radiator specifics?

"He states he's too busy." Find a new radiator guy, that 's a load of BS, I would not spend one penny there.

 

Oldsmobile shared the Series 98's basic C-body with the Cadillac Series 61 and 62. Perhaps searching for a 1948, 49 Cadillac radiator might be easier.
