That's dirt cheap. Here it's 93.9 cents per litre but then there is road taxes included in the price and my country is slightly bigger than Kuwait. It was 86.9 last week but the Thanksgiving holiday was yesterday (in Canada) so on Thursday they raised it. I deal with Kuwaiti's everyday at work...or Indians/Pakistani's working there. Welcome to the forum.

Hi and a welcome from Afghanistan. I'm working for the Army here as a contract field service rep. I'm a US citizen and miss my Old's in California. I remember riding in a bus to the Kuwait airport and seeing a mint early Gen 3 Corvette....wow talk about catching me off guard. While I hate to see US cars leaving home, I guess it's better than going to the crusher and as long as the owners take care of them. Welcome

Hi q8442,
do you know of any Internet sites in your area, where they offer cars for sale? I especially interested in Volkswagen Eurovans.

Regards,

Welcome to Classic Olds, I have been over there during the summer (U.S. Navy) and it was hot outside and REALLY hot in the engine room of the ship. Currently in Japan working with my car in storage in SOCAL. I miss it.

There are some sites BUT THE Volkswagen Eurovans Undesirable in Kuwait because of the heat and the lack of cooling water system

That was very good Ken Obviously the brain hasn't started to freeze over up there just yet.

Welcome from Australia q8442. Nice cars in the concourse show. There must be money in oil. We've had a few nice cars disappear from down here recently and the word on the street is that they headed to the Middle East. That '63 Vette does look familiar
If you want to send me a few barrels of 98 octane unleaded @ 50c litre I'm sure we can do a deal. >$1.30 here. Everyones a winner
Your car looks great and it's fantastic to think that there are Oldsmobiles being cherished al over the world.
