Hi all! 66 442 newbie
Great site! Chris Witt, whom we met at an Olds Homecoming in Lansing, sold my wife and I a hood for our 1966 442 in the late 90's. He’s been a wealth of info for our restore. Chris directed me to this site when I told him we were thinking about selling it.
We have a true 1966 442 convertible w/L69 360-hp tri-carb intake system and 4-speed manual transmission. A complete frame off restoration was done on this car in the late 90's to early 2000's. Over the course of the restore we accumulated a complete library of Olds books & manuals for reference. Available NOS was used for all restoration and as close to OEM as possible.

An absolutely incredible car! A tri-power! And my favorite year of all of them, to boot!

Thanks everybody for the warm welcome and all the complements. It makes all the hard work worthwhile... We've enjoyed our 442 but never seem to have, or take the time to drive it anymore. It's time to pass it on to someone who will enjoy it as much as we used to...
