Hello everone glad to belong.

My son has a 63 olds F85. It has a 215 now and would like to change it to 350 olds. Any ideas?

Welcome to CO

Others who know more then me about the f85 will comment, but from what I understand the 350 with 350 trans will not fit in place of the 215 and its transmission.

Contact this guy for more info he has a lot of knowledge about the 215 and the f85 https://classicoldsmobile.com/forums..._padavano.html

It may be easier to put a Buick 350 in, but either way you will have to cut out and reshape some of the transmission hump in the floor. I remember that, and having to cut and reshape the oil pan as well.

If you have a good welder, it's not so bad.
