Header suggestions?? 1977 cutlass

Finishing up my sbo. (first motor rebuild!!!)
362
425 high performance pistons
mild comp cam lift 476/508
3a rebuild heads with bigger valves

looking for best headers to reduce fitment issues. Shorty or long tubes pro's and con's.
Any suggestions would help, please post fitment and performance gains

I think the small block headers from the gm A body will work. I got small block headers in my dad's 77 pontiac bonneville that is small block olds powered used full length. Btw nice dog . Australian shep ?

The 76-77 body styles are same as you know, I put a set of hedmann shorty headers with remfex graphite gaskets in my 76.
No fitment problems at all.
As for the performance gains, I don't think they made much seat of the pants difference on my stock 350.
I think where coppercutlass is going with the full length would be a better choice for your build than the shorties I installed.
Hope this helps
Eric

On my dads car we originally did manifolds. it was a mild engine i used to race with. I had it in my car with full length headers , manifolds on his ., but the engine was the same carb to pan as was pulled from my car. despite the fact the car has 3.08 rear gears it felt sluggish. So i had a spare set of headers (longtubes) in the attic and put them on after a year of cruising it around with manifolds and what a world of diffrence it made. for a 4000 lb land yacht that thing scoots pretty good.
