happy to find this website.
Hi everyone,
I'm very happy to have found this website! This past summer I became the proud owner of '68 Delmont 88 Holiday coupe. this car was in the same family since new and well cared for over the past 45 years. the car is all original ( and I plan on keeping her that way). , and brings a smile to my face every day I come home from work and see her in the garage. Really brings back fond memories of those big 65-68 GM full size hard tops that were all over the road when I was a little kid.
Looking forward to learning from other Olds owners on this site. Hope to post a picture of her outside of Gillette stadium soon.
take care,
Bdelmont

Welcome aboard, and glad you found this site also. I remember when your car was new. Not old enough to drive then, but sure had fun looking at the new models and riding in them when my friends Dads would buy them. Back then it was a new car almost every 4 or 5 years.

Here's a picture of my Delmont in front of Gillette Stadium
Brings back many fond memories of my childhood. Grandparents had a new blude 1966 Impala 2 Door Hardtop. Parents had a green 1966 Impala 2 dr Hardtop (with the center speakers in back seat) , which they traded in on a new 1969 Chevy Malibu 2dr- Red with Black Vinyl top. Loved that car. My Grandmother had a new 1970 greeen Cutlass S 2dr Hardtop, with black buckets. Parents then traded in the Malibu (sad day), on a new 1971 Cutlass Cruiser wagon
