Greeting all.....

Welcome to the club, 68-W46! I really like the '68 and '69s, as do a large number of others here. Lots of great folks here, willing and eager to share information and help. I'd like to see your Hurst! Show us your rides!

I'd believe that. There's an awful lot to transition in a year to produce a completely different machine. 1970 also has a lot of one year only parts even though the body lines look the same from 70-72. Can you imagine how the tooling engineers must have felt when they had to scramble to make the drawings and molds for production? No computer assisted design like we have now, and everything was done by manpower instead of robots. Times sure have changed.

My dad bought a lot of Buicks and Pontiacs back in the day. I remember one of the service guys telling him to wait until a car had been out for three years to buy one. It takes them that long to work out all the bugs....lol
