Good shop or mechanic in The Phoenix area

Hello everyone, I'm newer to the forum and wanted to see if anyone has a good shop recommendation for the Greater Phoenix area. I'd also be open to a good mechanic recommendation. I need some help getting my 68 442 back on the road and can't seem to get any shop that I have used to get done what I've asked. Or they are just flat out too expensive. I need some help finishing the interior really (dash, gauges turn signal, carpet and recover the seats.). Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks!

Well, you could contact the Oldsmobile Club of Arizona (or even join the club) and have the members help you locate the parts you need.

We meet up at the Pavilions in Scottsdale every 4th Saturday at 5pm, so come out and say Hi. You don't have to join the club to hang out with us.

For a mechanic, Tony Serritella, who happens to be a member of the Olds Club, has a shop and does just about everything:

Carpet and seat recovering are relatively easy DIY projects. I did mine back in the late 90s and I think it took me 1/2 day for each bucket seat and 1/2 day for the rear bench seat. I have heard that a split front bench is more difficult, so it depends upon what your car has.

By the way, what part of town are you in?

Fun71, thank you! I will reach out to him. I've never done interior before. I took it apart but got overwhelmed. I've been working on the car alone so there's lots of things that I've never seen. I appreciate the insight.
