Dutch Newbie

Hello,

First of all, sorry for my bad english. Speaking it is something different than writing. But i gif it a try.

I'm Wally74 from the Netherlands and my funcar is a 350 Cutlass Salon '75. First driven in Germany and since a few years and and some very few miles now riding along the Dutch roads.

I hope I can post my quenstions (most technicly) on this forum.
Finding this forum on the web was a great releave for me because in US cars I'm a complete newbie.

Grtz,
Wally

Welcome aboard. You can find answers to many questions by doing a "search forums" and type in what information you are looking for. If you can't find it there, ask away, there are many helpful people here.

Hi Jamesbo and D Appeldorn,

That's a lot of Dutch language on the Olds forum. For the most visitors probably a bit strange en enigmatic... And thats only our writing, speaking is even worse.
I think Jamesbo can confirm that.
But nice to know that there is another oldsmaniac in the land behind the dykes.

Grtz,
Waldo

there are a few of us, driving olds over here.
luckly, i like driving a car that you don't see much.

So i had a few day's ago at a meeting someone angry about mee.
He tought he was driving a bigblock olds, but it was a 350 olds smallblock.
He mounted a carb that was to big and flooded.

numbers tells it all, and if my fellow countryman are to lazy to find out so be it.

I bought mine to as a BB but found out realy soon on this forum how to tell it was not.
And ask

hope to see those guy's next time, one drove a cutlass supreme and the other drove a 442 but left the car at home and didn't see it.

And you guys finding fusick a bit pricey, the 442 guy's payed at lokal shop 700 euro to get 2 hood hinges with spring.
should only be about 200 ( with sending costs and tax)

vraag gerust,
Deze jongens en meisjes kunnen veel uitleggen en handige tips vertellen
