Welcome to CO. Always good to see another 1968 Cutlass S convertible. You'll find a wealth of knowledge from the members on this site. Post some pictures of your car. Everyone likes photos.

That link doesn't work, at least for me. I just get the spinning thingy, and it never ends. I tried "save link as" to my computer, and I get a 4 kb jpg file that can't be displayed.

Hey Jimmy C!
Great pics of a classy '68! Welcome to this site. You will find it a wonderful source of info and technical expertise. This site surely helped me put my car together 6 years ago. Have fun with your convertible!

Hey Jaunty75

Yes it gets cold here in the winter. That's when the car hibernates. I've had her out for tuning and club meetings this month. Getting ready to have new exhaust manifolds and dual exhaust installed. Needs to breath better at this altitude.

Nice stock 68! Dig the blue, blue, white! Did you remove the Oldsmobile script from the hood? Just a curiosity question because I like the "shaved" look. Whats the engine trans combo? 350 w/a 2 speed trans? A/C?

The car is all original. I have had the car since new. The hood only has one emblem center front. It's the S model w 350, factory 3 speed on the floor with console. Original was 2 bbl Rochester w/single exhaust (crossover pipe from driver side to pass side). Now has quadrajet. Have just bought nes exhaust manifolds based on 455 W30 downsized for 350 to go with new dual exhaust system to be installed next week. the Quad needs more exhaust to breathe right at this altitude (7,000 ft) It runs great. Am savings up for interior restoration. Tires are old 205/75 R14. Need to do something about them soon too. What model do you drive?
