changing door panels

I've been reading a lot of post about interior finish and reproduction parts, I'm gonna need quite a few, radio, seat backs, door panels, all weather seals, trunk mat and paint, mirror ( have to put a passenger side on ) etc. I've seen OPG and Fusick. Any recommendations.

I don't know if they had a bad batch, but I've got some black door panels from PUI that the wood grain seemed to expand when they got warm and now its all wrinkled up. Also a friend ask me to try and sell some spare parts for her that included a set of white door panels with the same problem.

I vote Legendary for door panels and all seat covers and soft upholstery. I had a few issues with some items during install but they took care of them well at their expense. Try getting that service from elsewhere! It has all held up well, even in blistering TX sun and heat.

As for weatherstrip, I vote Metro brand as it is soft, thick, and has held up well also. Steele is another top brand that others have liked.

Carpet was from Auto custom carpet (ACC).

I vote all these because I have used them and have had no issues with them after install.

When you are ready to buy, ask them who the manufacturer is of the parts you want. If they will not say go elsewhere. I remember some hideous trunk weatherstrip i got from brothers years ago and that taught me to know my brands!

Thanks for the feed back, it looks like I've got to get on some web sites. I feel better with choices now.

I know this is a dumb question, but how do you post a reply I only see the last "post reply" tab on the last post. I know I feel better working on the car than the computer. Also how do you post pictures?
