Welcome to the site Brian! From the photo in your profile it looks like your car may be finished. Anything you still want to do to it?

Welcome Brian, and go eagles! Many on here from Southeastern PA, I’m currently semi retired in Florida but my formative years were up in that area.

Just a heads up, and you may already be aware, be careful with a TH 350 behind a big block 455 - you may not be able to back it out of the driveway one day, not sure the tranny can handle that motor. Others much more knowledgeable than me on here may comment as well.

Welcome to the site, and as youll quickly learn we love photos so let’s see ‘em!

Hi Brian, yes the people on here are an incredible wealth of knowledge. In fact I would defer to them in terms of your current TH 350 trans behind the big block 455. Just a heads up though it may not be robust enough.

As far as your rear end change gear wise the 3.08 would be a bit more streetable, but a 3.42 12 bolt Oldsmobile rear end is quite desirable.

Again I would defer to the much more knowledgeable seasoned veterans on this site. I have learned, and continue to learn much from them.

Best of luck and welcome again!

Welcome Brian !
If you're looking for other Olds enthusiasts in your area, check out the Delaware Valley Olds Club. Good group, and, in normal years we have a couple shows and other events. We're still hoping to host an all Olds show in Morgantown PA in late August , with participation from other Mid Atlantic Olds clubs. Hopefully things will let us resume some sense of normalcy soon..
