body lines to door
after putting in new door pins the door on the rear its like a 2/16there all most touch but when I put a floor jack on the frame and jack up the car where the wheels are barely on the ground and the door fits fine just wondering if that it would have something to do with the body mounts anybody came across this

Something does not make sense post pics. The only way the front to back would be affected is if you moved the hinges. If you changed the pins and bushings only the front would be affected when closed and sag when open . If you replaced the pins and someone adjusted the stricker to compensate for the sag or worse yet tweaked the hinge to make the door sag less that's where your issues can come from. If the frame is weak then you will see fitment issues at the fender but if the body is twisting enough when on jacks to change the gaps from the door to 1/4 panel than you have bigger issues besides hinges.
