Hello I am doing a full body off restoration on my 1968 442 2 Dr. Holiday Hardtop. I have searched the VIN # from one of the members Link. The VIN # is 344878z113043 The Plant was Fremont California. Can someone Please Help me on how to read the Vin # ' s . Thanks the Newbie Wahoo

Welcome.

Unfortunately, there is precious little info in the VIN in this year, and you pretty much have it all. For the record:

3 = Oldsmobile Division
44 = 442 model line
87 = Holiday Coupe
8 = 1968 model year
Z = Fremont, CA assembly plant
113043 = sequential build number
