Apology
I guess I skipped right over the Newbie forum, and jumped directly into a specific one and I apologize for that haha Nevertheless, my name is David, I'm 18 out of Baytown, Texas and I own a BEAUTIFUL 1980 Cutlass Supreme Brougham, I currently don't have any pictures uploaded to my computer yet though, but I will post some soon.

David,
Here are a couple of pictures of the 350. It's a 2bbl engine so you would want to get a 4bbl intake manifold and carburetor. It's dirty...it's all original from 1972 so you can imagine.
It needs to be cleaned but it runs great. It drove from Austin to Houston non-stop this past Wednesday. We are the second owners of this car and the original owner was, you guessed it, a little old lady. While there were no reports from her that the transmission had been repaired I suspect it got a new torque converter sometime in it's life because the converter that's in it is yellow and I don't remember ever seeing a yellow converter from a factory car. Then again, the last time I saw a TH350 was 15 years ago when I yanked it from my silver car.
Anyway, I sent you my email and phone...feel free to call me whenever it's convenient.

Ya know? I was just thinking about this. That 'little old lady' and her hubby prolly bought the car new in 72. Let's say they were 30 at the time. So they keep a beautiful relationship going (car anyway) for 40 years before she needs to part company? She was prolly a hot momma back when the car was new.

She probably was...I wish I had pictures of her in 1972 sprawled out across the hood in a bikini or something...now wouldn't that be a cool piece of literature to have at a show?!? Photo's of the car new with the original owner lol!
