72 442 W30 Tires

Can anyone tell me what are the proper tires for my 1972 442 W30 convertible?
The built sheet from GM lists a PK5 option which is G70x14 WHITE LETTER but no specific brand.
I presently have Goodyear Eagle ST P225/70R14 which were on the car when I bought it 5 years ago.
I've checked all my printed matter and see
photos of many different brands, although the 1972 pace car is shown with Goodyear Eagle ST (cant read the size).
Thank You

Could have been Goodyear, Firestone, General or whoever had the low bid tire contract at the time. Factory option RWL were generally GY Polyglas GT or Firestone Wide Oval. Both available reproduction if you want them.

The Eagle ST is not correct for a 1972 Pace Car since that tire didn't come out till late 70s-early 80s. Most had Goodyears, just not Eagles.

I know of someone on our site who is selling reproduction bias ply tires for our kind of cars. I haven't seen any posts yet by him but have spoken with him personally and I can get you in contact with him. He will most likely quote you a price right on the spot. Good luck.
