66 442 A/C vents

I need to cut holes in my dash to accommodate right and left side vents for factory A/C for my 66 442. Can anyone help me with a cutting pattern or tell me how I might get one.
Thanks

Have you tried to make a pattern from the deflectors.I do this, take some 3 inch or so masking tape and lay it on the backside of the deflector.Using a razor blade cut around the deflector.Do both deflectors.
Pull the masking tape off of the defector and now that can be used as a template on the dash. You can move that pattern for alignment and make sure they are both uniform.
You will need to cut maybe 1/4 of an inch inside if the tape.

I have a 66 body that is stripped so I can make you templates next week when I get to the place where I have the car. PM me your address.
