47 olds 76

Hey guys. I just purchased a 47 olds 76 2 door with a 425. It's mounted on a 74 cutlass frame. Real hack job so I'm want to find a new frame. Iwas thinking of using a 68-72 vista cruiser frame. Any thoughts of suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome to the site! Many years ago I saw a Buick, I think it was a 1956 that had the body placed on a Vista Cruiser frame/chassis. The owner told me the wheelbase and width was correct and that the steering column even came through at the right angle. I don't know how similar the 1947 body is to his car, and I'm only able to repeat what he told me. What part of the county/world are you located in? Eric (jensenracing77) had a Vista Cruiser frame for sale in Indiana a while back.
