new guy that is working on a 1969 442 over the winter. restoring the dash and looking for a place to send the heater control panel face plate to get it re-done. Anyone know of a place that does quality re-furbishing?

I've never seen the 68/69 face plates reproduced. If the chrome borders and edging are good and not nicked up, you can strip off the black paint and respray with satin black. Wipe the raised chrome areas with a q-tip or rag with paint thinner. With some patience, it will look good as new.

X2. Even I was able to make mine look great again. Total cost less than $10!
