Talking 442 Newbie

Hi all. I am the newbie on here. I have a 1968 442 that is in great shape and has all original sheetmetal. At some point in this car's life, somebody decided the car should be white/white instead of willow gold with a black interior. Completely original drivetrain and everything. I've had it for a while but the engine now has a bottom end knock and I am almost ready to start doing some cool upgrades on it. Looking forward to your comments and opinions.

Hi Guys. Thanks for the welcome. I am located in British Columbia CANADA. I want to do a front drum to disc brake upgrade (possible spindle swap), rebuild the rear (including adding posi) and I am looking for ideas on what to upgrade to get me the best traction...
I am planning on building a 455 that will put out over 450hp and loads of torque...this shouldn't be too tough for an Olds.
