4-speed center Console wiring harness
I have a 1970 442 with 4-speed center console. I am wanting to buy center console wiring harness for my 4-speed console, but all I can find, are harnesses for automatic transmission with center consoles. Is there a difference?
Thanks

I know that the light group for the A body 4 speed console was eliminated starting in 66. Why it was, is not clear. The lense area was blackened on 4- speed consoles in 1966 A-body console. The light group was retained in the automatic console. The harness is different.

Ron, as 35tac explained, the 4-speed console in 1970 does not have a wiring harness and the rear courtesy light lens is blacked-out.
You can buy the auto trans wiring harness, the clear rear courtesy light, and the storage compartment light and switch. These will fit your console.
The connector for the sector lamp will be unused but, otherwise, your console will be equipped the same as the automatic console.
