4 speed carpet
For replacements, I've read quite a few threads over the years that state that the automatic carpet is the way to go due to fitment issues with the reproduction 4 speed carpet.
I've pulled original carpets out of a couple different '72 factory 4 speeds with consoles. The 4 speed carpets were cut differently than the automatic carpets. I'll see if I can find a couple pics that I took to document the difference.

The original carpet was in my Rallye and it just looked like any other carpet but with a hole cut in it. I guess I don't know. At Seven Springs, a guy with the Inline tube W-31 said there was never a 4 speed carpet. I guess I should not take there word for it.
Thanks all. I did look in the assembly manual and they only list 2 part #'s, bucket and bench seat. Seems strange though as there were different colors. Hmmmm.............
They also show additional floor insulation for A/C cars. Mine does not have A/C but I'm curious if anyone has noticed this on an A/C car?
