That is not an original color combination. If you want to know what the original colors were, you can read the codes from the trim tag on the firewall (passenger side, I believe).
These cars are not considered rare, 7,181 were produced that year. The '71 to '75 full size models are generally considered to be less desirable than earlier or smaller models.
Who put those hideous wheels on it?

Like you were reading my mind. If the PO kept the lower body color close to original it is very likely "horizon blue" - code 24 on your cowl PNT info. The roof? Sorry, but I just think whoever put this color combo together was blitzed out of their mind when they did it. The more traditional vert top colors for a car like this would be white (AA), Black (BB), Blue (DD) and Sandstone SS)
The color of the interior suggests it may have been 'Cranberry' in which case the outside color would probably be something like Cameo white (11), Inca Silver, Dove gray, Ebony black, colonial cream, sandstone, persimmon or crimson red.
I'm a fan of big Oldsmobiles, and I'm sorry, but that car is one I'd walk past and not look twice at. My apologies if I offend you with this comment. I realize there are unique ways of expressing artistic expression.....
These would more accurately represent the more 'traditional factory' production of this car
I'm also thinking either exterior or interior color has probably been changed, but you must remember if the car was special ordered, the customer insisted on this color combo, and paid for it up front you could get it about any way you wanted it.
Deep red leather at one time was a very standardized color for convertible interiors no matter what the exterior color was. That died out in the early 50s when good quality automotive vinyls appeared.
But yeah, I think someone probably painted the car at some point. This wouldn't have been among the "recommended" trim combinations.
