If you haven't done this before, here's a picture of the bolt/clamp that Eric described. Its on the drivers side of the motor and it takes a 9/16" wrench to loosen it. My picture is of a 455 but your 330 used the same thing. John
No problem, carry on. Welcome to the site, post some pictures of your car when you get a chance.
I found the timing was retarded almost 10 degrees! I advanced it to 7.5 deg and it ran beautifully! No more low end hesitation, and it takes off likes a rocket. Since i'm running super high octane fuel, i bumped it to 9 degrees...now the tires will break loose!
Very nice clean car. Its amazing what tuning an engine properly will fix. These cars are not like a newer car where you can go 100k miles on a tuneup. They need some love periodically to keep them at their peak.
Nice 67. I do have a question since I am not familiar with 67's, what is the silver square item to the right of the air cleaner intake horn. Just interested.
Thanks
Wayne

Pretty sure that's part of a cruise control setup.

its the cruise control box. This car has AC and cruise, although I wish it didn't...too many vacuum lines!

thanks! This is what she looked like when I got her 4 years ago...the day of purchase and also the first day of restoration...it wasn't a frame off, and my father and I did it in my 1 car garage and driveway
Thanks, I thought that might be the cruise control. I agrre with your comment about vacuum lines. My 66 has trunk release and I can't imagine what it's going to take to solve a vacuum issue. I have been tempted to disconnect it.
Thanks
