It would help if you can tell us where the car is located. Also, photos will help, because I've found that people have very different understandings of what "very minor rust" means. Also, what does "motor is ceased" mean?

I think she just forgot the "de" prefix, and it means that the engine is in the ground, pushing up the daisies.

It actually brought to mind this, one of the best Monty Python sketches of all time.

Ah, so the word you were looking for was not ceased but "seized." I guess they can amount to the same thing, although seized engines can potentially be freed up with a little effort, patience, and some luck.

You can sell the parts for more than $700, I am sure about that. Not many people have the space for a parts car unfortunately.

The problem is, selling it part by part takes time and effort. Each part needs to be carefully removed and then separately advertised, sold, packed, and shipped. This could take months, and it sounds like the OP wants the car gone yesterday and will take whatever they can get for it. I don't blame them. Sometimes it's not the money, it's getting the car gone that matters more.
