1965 f85 convertible

I just picked up this 1965 f 85 convertible and it needs a full resto. Any ideas, Suggestions on parts and where to start. The frame on the passenger side is rotted out. If anyone knows how to repair or has parts please share.

Welcome to the site, I would start with a frame repair or replacement. How bad is the body, floor, convertible well, and trunk pan?

Thanks! Body is in decent shape. looks like i need a front fender, passenger floor pretty rusted out, convertible well is in excellent shape but the trunk pan needs replacing. Do you think the Frame rail is repairable?

I don't think there was a vert in f85 trim in 65 so you must have a Cutlass. Good luck with your project. They are great cars.

Correct. His car is officially a Cutlass F-85, and the first six digits of the car's VIN should be 338675.
