1960 Olds Interior Help

Hi all,

Just wondering, does anybody know if someone is out there that can redo my seat covers and door panels in the original style material ??

I have a 98 Coupe with red interior and a Sedan with blue. Both need a little work.

Welcome to our site!! I hear the guys talk about Legendary all the time, and what nice work they do on interior things, so you may want to look them up. There are a lot of threads on Interior work.... find the one by Lady72nRob71 - he has done a wonderful job, and there are others as well for your reading enjoyment!!

SMS Auto Fabrics http://smsautofabrics.com/products/door-panels.php can duplicate factory door panels but it ain't for the faint of heart. They're just about the only game in town for a non-mainstream car though.

Any good upholstery shop should be able to sew up the seat covers as per original.....I believe your door panels have a "heat stamp vinyl" pattern and the only shop I know of to do this is SMS as already mentioned.

I just got they door panels for my '62 Olds back from SMS, and I must say they did a fantastic job. They look great!

The one caveat is, do not expect a quick turnaround. My job took 4 months to complete. It was well worth the wait!
