1953 oldsmobile 88
hi guysp have a 1953 olds 2 door hard top.>> nice to c oldsmobile guys !!! can you guys give me a advice im looking for a steering column diagram so i can put back together my steering wheel on my 53 ...help!

Try the factory's books
A couple of good sources would be the Oldsmobile Shop Manual for 1953 and one of the Oldsmobile Chassis Parts Books from 1953 or slightly newer. Both of them will have photos and/or exploded view drawings of the steering column which will help to correctly assemble parts if you failed to remember or take notes. For the next time, try taking sequential photos during disassembly.

Is this a column shift or a automatic car, I may have a diagram for a 55 that probably would be close. Also is this a power steering car or non power steering, and do you need only the steering wheel area or the whole column?....Tedd
