I am restoring a 1940 olds model 9o, this vehicle has 23,000 orig, looking for a grill and fuel tank

Can't help you with the items you're looking for, but please post some pictures of your project. Using the internet search function look for old wrecking yards, that's how I found the bench seats for my 48 Olds.

Nice find. Is this a 4 dr Phaeton vert, 2 door vert or a 4 dr sedan?
I had to look up the car on the web, and it looks amazing. The 4 door Phaeton would be a show stopper just about anywhere. Kind of reminds me of a Lincoln though...
