I am the co-author of the 2012 book, Hurst Equipped.
I just found a box of 18 copies buried in my storage unit. I am offering it two ways, unsigned and signed by me and my co-author, Mark Fletcher. Unsigned copies are $50, USPS Priority Mail included, signed copies are $60, USPS Priority Mail included.
I do have the book listed on eBay, if you are more comfortable purchasing it there
